HORRIBLE UPGRADE

Since the latest update to TEN, I havent been able to read the latest issue. I contacted TEN via email with no response. I know theyll get this fixed but this is a low blow to Bike Mags loyal customers. We deserve better.

There Goes my money out the window!

Well, new update doesnt recognize my subscription, no where to sign in. Nothing. I have erased and re-downloaded numerous times and still doesnt work. Very upset and would like my money back. Fix please!!

Save Your Money

The most recent version of the app is an apparent failure. The newest issue has evaporated. Only the archive is left. Trying to get a refund is not easy. Click the “Report a Problem” link, and it dead ends you into an FAQ. The whole thing reeks of corporate incompetence. Save your money.

Where is the latest issue?

The December issue seems to be lost after this update. I got the message in Notification Center on my iPad that the latest issue was available for download, but when I went into the app it was nowhere to be found. Additionally, one would think a digital subscription would be available for download the same day a print issue hits newsstands. This has not been my experience. I have consistently had to wait several days, and sometimes up to a week, after print issues are available on newsstands to download the latest issue. Back when I had a print subscription to this mag I would routinely get the latest issue in the mail before it was out for individual purchase. Im now considering going back to a print subscription.

Bad update. Please fix!!

While I understand that there will be changes and "updates" to apps periodically, this one seems inexplicable. I am not the type to dislike something just because its new, but this new interface is not better. I preferred the previous version by far. This version seems to be flashy for no reason. It also takes a lot longer to load, both the app, as well as individual issues. I was also very upset at losing the December issue; it is nowhere to be found. I had already begun to flip through it, and finally had some time to actually read it, but it appears to be not available. I recognize that there will be teething issues with new apps, but this is unusual at best, infuriating at worst. Please fix this app!

Slow and lacking current content!

I had been happily reading the December issue when this application updated and removed this issues availability. In general, this new update makes the application slow and full of advertisements for magazines that dont interest me. Fix soon or Ill be ditching this digital subscription.

Bad update - missing latest issue Dec 14

App updated automatically and now no Dec 14 issue. Issue a refund/credit or fix the issue. This is unacceptable. Great magazine but you guys partnered with a terrible app dev. The preview of the app shows the latest issue but its unavailable to download... Get it right. Weve already paid for this content.

Wheres the latest issue?

Terrible update. The latest issue is not available. I dont like the items on the right showing what other customers bought. I just want to get the magazine I subscribed to.

Broken

Thanks for the broken updates , it no longer opens neither on my iPad nor on iPhone ! I was happy to receive a new UI but i got a broken app ! Plz fix it !!!!

Please fix flaws for restore of purchases!!!!!

I have had this dig mag for a few years with a auto renew feature. iTunes just took 2015 subscript $. No new mags from December 2015 are available just my old subcrip issues. Please fix or I would like my money back!!!!!

Latest update is very buggy

I keep getting a splash page (TEN) instead of the magazine issue when I open the app. I cant read issues at all now. An update to fix this is needed immediately! December 2014 is missing and its mid-December!!!

Wont open

Downloaded and it opens to a gray screen that says 10 something media at which point I can do nothing...

Just like the print version

Looks great, but lacks multiple account support

I like the way Bikemag uses interactivity and multimedia in its contents and presents the magazine just like the print version, but adds to it. Not as nice as some others though (Bicycling for instance). A huge omission in the latest release is that the ability to read the magazine purchased and subscribed to with a different account than the main iTunes Store login has been removed, causing me to have to log in and out of store and subscriptions all the time. Please bring back log-in capabilities!

Used to work

This ap used to work pretty well. Until TEN took it over. Now it doesnt work. At all. Considering that I pay a subscription for a magazine that I can no longer read, Id have to say Im less than pleased. The fact that they dont seem to respond to tech support email isnt helping.

Best MTB Mag ever!

I used to read others bike mags, but since I read this magazine, I enjoyed so much that I became a subscriber. Excellent mag (subjects, editorials, contributors and writers)!

Love Bike Magazine

One day of my most favorite magazines. I love having it wherever I am and reading on the go. Love the interface. Looks great on my iPhone 6+. Zoom in on whatever I want to see bigger. Well worth the subscription. If I am ever stuck somewhere I can read about cool bike stuff instead of waste my life away on Facebook.
