Great magazine!

Not only is the photography fantastic, the articles are terrific. The images pop out on my iPad and make me want to hop on my bike and leave the world behind!

Subscription for print not supported

I already have a subscription of the print version and I find it very annoying that I cannot use these without purchasing the digital subscription as well. The app has said for a year now that free downloads for those with the print subscription coming soon. Well how many years does coming soon mean?

Auto renew

Beware they will automatically turn on auto renew for this subscription and charge you every year without any advance notification. Make sure you turn this off. Very displeased with Bike and Pixel Mags.

Bible issue crashes newsstand

Bought the recent bible issue, wont stay open for more than a few seconds. Kicks me out of newsstand, very frustrating. Not sure if its the bike mag app or

New version doesnt work

I just get a black screen with a silver bar on top on my ipad 3! Please give me my old version back! Update...I had to actually delete the magazine and reinstalled (vs upgrade) to get it to open.

Keeps Crashing

Since updating I can no longer view any magazines as it crashes as soon as I hit the "view" button. To make matters worse, I have to reset my subscription settings every time afterwards.

Fix it!!!!

Why is it that every update creates a new problem. Why do I always have to delete the app then re-download all of my previous issues after each update? Please fix this before I stop my subscription.

Good Magazine, Bad Policy

I originally wrote a 3 star review because I disliked losing access to previous issues with a subscription. However, I now even lose access when I pay for a subscription. I had tried to view the Sept/Oct issue that I once had access to when I subscribed in early Sept. Even though I didn’t mean to pay for it (I was hoping to “restore” my access to it), I still never get a “View” icon for the issue. It remains a 4.99 purchase icon and I’m afraid to try and restore again since I saw the 4.99 iTunes charge from my last attempt. I’m not sure how much of this is policy or buggy app-development but it’s really annoying when it costs me money.

When are your programers going to give us a something Apple like that just works? This has been an issue for quite sometime if you actually read your customers posts.

Delivery delay

I love this magazine but the app doesnt work consistently. I subscribed to this thinking that the delivery would be timely , however when I go to view the latest issue it shows last months issue. There doesnt appear to be a button or menu to force a download of new issues. Frustrating at best.

Bad update

Not only did the update delete all my back issues, the new issue which I had downloaded on the previous version of the app is know longer available, even after restoring my purchases. Very disappointing.

Latest update is a buzzkill

Yesterday morning I downloaded the December issue. I only got to see a couple pages before I had to go to work. This morning I was excited to see the new awesomeness but my app was automatically updated and now December is nowhere to be found, even if I wanted to buy it again. The more spare current version of the app does not make me feel like its stripped down and lean, but rather that its stripped of all functionality.

Not impressed

At some point the app got an update and decided to keep the December issue from me. Tried reinstalling it and now it freezes on the initial screen. Not at all excited about it asking me to rate it when it wont do the one thing its meant to.

Love mag Hate app

This app is very buggy. It almost never shows new issues until I delete and reinstall the app. Also it often makes me resign in when ever u want to look at the issues I own. This is a major issue if not within wifi signal like on a plane.

Cant download the Dec. issue. Please fix.

Auto Downgrade

So was TEN (The Enthusiast Network) supposed to be an upgrade to Pixelmags? I Enthusiastically say -NO! I was forced to redownload all my old issues...which makes no one happy! On top of that-the latest issue is no where to be found ...which makes people mad! What was the reason for the downgrade? Also, why would Bike choose TEN- their name alone proves absence of common sense and lack of ingenuity! The Enthusiast Network sounds like a self help group for geek tech addicts! Please fix this ASAP -and if you could...dont make us have to download all our old issues again!

Bad update

I purchased a 1 year subscription about a month ago and really enjoyed the November issue on my iPad. Unfortunately I downloaded the recent update and it no longer recognizes my subscription and I am unable to download the December issue. It only offers me the option of buying more issues. How does something like this get released? Can someone tell me how to get back the prior version?

Latest version completely broken

The most recent update broke the app entirely. Opens to a "TEN" splash screen and freezes there. Highly annoying, at least test your updates before dumping them on us.
